All the partner school chose a legend to share. We created the legend texts for role-play reading as well as quizes for comprehension. All the legends along with the links to online quizes are here: takechanceserasmus.weebly.com/materials-for-students-and-teachers PolandThe Legend of Golden Duck Greece The legend of Differentia When we assigned our students with writing a legend script, they were highly interested in writing an original short play based on the twelve Greek Gods which is one of the major topics of Greek Mythology. Their goal was to convey a message regarding the important of being different and accepting each human being as a unique personality. After discussing the aforementioned, they worked in smaller groups for the process of brainstorming until they concluded which characters they would include as well as the storyline. In the end, one of students was assigned to create a quiz on Forms which included questions in order to assess the understanding of all students participating in the writing process. Germany During the English classes the students designed their legend quest and drew the corresponding pictures. The legend quest for the playscript of "Kaspar Hauser" was created by using learningapps.org and kahoot. Die Legende der goldenen Ente Peter Klepec SloveniaPeter Klepec's story was read by teachers and pupils in all grades from 1 to 5 and illustrated. The story was translated in English. Students of Erasmus+ club created an online Kahoot quiz for the comprehension of the story in English and Slovene. Polish story The Legend of Golden Duck was chosen by students to be performed as a puppet show. Students created the puppets, the scene, the music and the PowerPoint presentation for the background. The puppet show was performed for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. At the begging of the lesson students made a short introduction of the project and the country Poland. After the show they checked the comprehension of the story through the conversation and online Kahoot quiz. For the conclusion students illustrated the Polish legend. The English teacher decided to work on the Polish legend The Legend of Golden Duck with students of 6th and 7th grade and on the Turkish legend Hezarfen and the Wings with students of 8th grade.
