14 students and 10 teachers spent a week in Slovenia. Our main task was creating a lipdub promoting the project results and work. Instead of lipdub we made a video Mannequin Challenge.
Activities: making a senario, practising the moves for the recording, preparing costumes and props, recording the video, art workshops (for students and teachers), afternoon picnic with parents and local trips to know the local culture and traditions, the Slovenian language sesson and practise, lessons observations (for teachers). On the first day the Slovenian students guided all the participants around the school and the Mr. Rojko, mayor of Municipality of Gornja Radgona greeted the participants in the reception and the ceremony with planting a tree. The official guide showed participants the beautiful castle of Negova. On Tuesday participants and Slovenian host students visited our region, called Pomurje. Students were excited about the adventure park Vulkanija, where they found out some facts about volcanoes. Before lunch we visited new interactive EXPANO pavilion with excellent 3D presentations about history and natural sights of Pomurje region and about formation of Earth. On Thursday participants visited Slovenian mountain region, Gorenjska, where they visited Bled, turistical gem. In Radovljica they had a creative workshop and everybody create their own sweet souvenir called "lect". In the afternoon they visited Slovenian capital city Ljubljana. On Friday all the students from the school had "sports day". We went for a longer hike in the nearby village Kunova, where we visited an organic farm Pachamama Center owned by Slovenian Peruvian couple and Negova lake. The main task of the mobility was recording the creative movie The Mannequin Challenge. The movie was recorded in the school and the around the village Negova.
